With over a decade of experience in legal talent acquisition, Anthony brings deep market knowledge, trusted advisory skills, and a commercial, people-first approach to building high-performing legal teams.

Before joining Phoenix, Anthony held senior recruitment roles within professional services and worked closely with legal teams across both private practice and in-house environments. His deep understanding of the legal market and commitment to long-term relationship building allow him to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and top-tier legal talent alike.

Raised in Cowes, Anthony is also a three-time Olympic campaign sailor in the International Star class and remains closely involved in the sailing community. He brings the same discipline, resilience, and teamwork to his professional life as he did to international competition.
