Phoenix is proud to announce the launch of Phoenix Talent Talks in partnership with the Business Post.
The new monthly podcast series will feature insights and commentary from some of Ireland’s leading professionals on the most topical issues in the Irish employment market today.
“These topics will range from the ongoing war for talent, to leadership and agile working,” said Ed Rossiter, Managing Partner at Phoenix.
“Some of the other prevalent themes under discussion will be diversity and inclusion, and the role of mental fitness in the workplace.”
“Ultimately, our aim is to give listeners a unique insight into how the talent and employment landscape is evolving.”
The first episode in Phoenix Talent Talks - entitled “Winning the War for Talent" - will feature a panel of experts, led by Ed and hosted by Business Post journalist Elaine O’Regan.
The podcast will be available to listen to online here, businesspost.ie and Soundcloud from November 15.
