Phoenix is proud to introduce the third episode of our popular new monthly podcast series, featuring insights and commentary from some of Ireland’s leading professionals on the most topical issues in the Irish employment market today.
“These topics range from talent attraction and retention, to culture and agile working,” said Phoenix Managing Partner Ed Rossiter. “Some other prevalent themes under discussion will be diversity and inclusion, employment law and women in leadership. Ultimately, our aim with this podcast - which is unique to the industry - is to give listeners valuable insight into how the talent and employment landscape is evolving in an exciting new decade.
The first episode - entitled Winning The War for Talent - features industry experts Audrey O’Mahony, Managing Director, Talent & Organisation at Accenture and Louise Mooney, People Manager at DMS Governance, led by Ed and hosted by Business Post media and marketing reporter Elaine O'Regan.
In the second episode on Employee Engagement and Wellness, Ed and Elaine are joined by Cathal Sheridan, Head of program design at Peptalk, and benefits and wellness expert Velma Roberts.
This month's episode on Diversity & Inclusion is chaired by Phoenix Managing Partner Ruth Lyndon and features industry experts Stephanie Good, Senior Manager and D&I Lead, People & Organisation Consulting at PwC Ireland, Caoimhe Clarkin, Head of Litigation and Regulatory at DLA Piper, and Sheelagh Daly, Entrepreneurship Manager at Enterprise Ireland.
