Rory recently joined Phoenix in London, where he leads the firm’s coverage of Asset Management and Investment Funds across the EMEA region. In this capacity, he manages senior-level mandates for clients within Fund Management, Wealth Management, and Advisory sectors.
Rory brings over 12 years of experience in executive search, specializing in mid-to-senior level leadership appointments. He has worked with both large global firms and boutique search boutiques in Ireland and the U.S. His expertise spans Senior Management to Executive-level roles, including head of function to board-level placements.
Before focusing on Asset Management and Investment Funds, Rory served a diverse range of clients across various segments of Financial Services, including Aviation Finance, Banking, Private Equity, and M&A. Notably, Rory also owned and operated his own search firm for 8 years, where he successfully completed global mandates across several key financial sectors.
Outside of his professional life, Rory is a passionate golf enthusiast and former university sports scholar. He is an avid sports and fitness fan, enjoys traveling, and is a practitioner of mindfulness.
