Sinéad joined Phoenix in September 2021 where she supports the senior executive team and is also our in-house psychometric testing-practitioner.
Sinead has spent much of her career working in executive search with a focus towards people, and organisational psychology. Whilst in London, Sinead worked for the leading global Exec-Search firm Heidrick & Struggles before moving to the specialist boutique firm The Miles Partnership.
More recently she was assessment project manager and psychometric practitioner for a specialist Talent solutions provider Parsons Talent Consulting, providing clients with a range of testing metrics and providing robust independent assessments to develop future leaders and high performing teams. During her time in London Sinead has worked with clients across multiple sectors and geographies Primarily specialising in assessments for both selection and development, she also worked on Talent projects for clients facing business challenges such as restructuring, changes in strategy, mergers and acquisitions and governance issues.
Sinead has a BA Hons degree in Politics & International Relations from the University of Reading and her Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck University.
When she’s not working at Phoenix, Sinead can be found at Thomond supporting Munster and horse-riding.
