Your Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the payroll process, ensuring precision every step of the way, including journal posting.
• Manage Group Payrolls across various entities on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate across departments to address payroll issues and maintain data consistency through reconciliations.
• Handle payroll inquiries via phone and email and oversee all aspects of payroll, such as deductions and benefits.
• Strictly adhere to deadlines for processing and submitting revenue returns and pension contributions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and provide precise payroll solutions.
• Aid in budgeting, forecasting reports, and streamline processes for increased efficiency.

Who We're Looking For:

• Ideally, someone with an IPASS or equivalent qualification and demonstrated experience in a dynamic payroll environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities with an acute attention to detail.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/PowerPoint, with an eagerness to enhance skills.
• Familiarity with People XD and/or emerging technologies is advantageous.
• Experience in relevant industries is preferred but not mandatory.
