She began her career in HR before specialising in labour market and employment research. She has spent the past three years working in recruitment and executive search, with a focus on market mapping and talent intelligence.

At Phoenix Search, Laura supports executive search mandates across regulated financial and professional services sectors, including investment banking, fund administration, private capital, and broader regulated platforms. She contributes to the firm’s research-led approach through detailed market intelligence, talent mapping, and targeted candidate engagement.

Laura brings a structured, analytical and research-driven approach to understanding talent markets and supporting complex hiring decisions. She holds a Research Master’s in Sociology and Demography, alongside a Bachelor’s in Business and Management.
