Oue client who are a growing boutique corporate finance firm in Limerick is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Manager. The firm specializes in financial advisory services for middle-market, family-owned companies, focusing on M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Oversee corporate finance transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and financial restructuring.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for client transactions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
- Deal Structuring: Advise on deal structures, negotiate terms, and manage due diligence.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and market opportunities for client engagements.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver financial reports and pitch materials.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Professional Qualifications: CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and Excel. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
