Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Report actual financial results for the operations department.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.
- Manage stock control, including provisioning and cost analysis for key items.
- Review and approve unit/project pricing to align with financial forecasts.
- Handle financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for operations.
- Provide decision support to improve departmental performance.
- Profile fixed assets in manufacturing, creating business cases for new equipment.
- Develop and report financial and operational KPIs.
- Conduct ad hoc investment analysis to support operational decisions.
Requirements:
- CIMA qualified management accountant with 2-3 years PQE in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and international work experience.
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced, growing business environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Nav, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at explaining financial impacts of operational activities.
