Head of Compliance Ireland and DP Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities:
As the DP Regulatory Compliance and MLRO, you'll be at the helm of critical responsibilities:
- Craft Compliance Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust policies, procedures, and internal systems in alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
- Strategic Oversight: Manage compliance monitoring and testing programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Empower through Training: Implement and oversee compliance training initiatives, empowering our workforce with the latest insights.
- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as a focal point for communication with the Central Bank of Ireland, fostering strong regulatory relationships.
- Policy Crafting: Review, draft, and implement compliance policies and procedures, staying ahead of regulatory shifts.
- Regulatory Analysis: Analyse regulatory changes and initiatives, providing insightful advice to the Management Company.
- Lead Compliance Projects: Spearhead compliance-focused projects, leveraging your expertise to achieve regulatory milestones.
- Collaboration Champion: Coordinate compliance efforts with global teams, enhancing processes and controls.
- Holistic Oversight: Collaborate with other Designated Persons and oversee regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance.
- Executive Reporting: Present to the Management Company Board, Committee Meetings, and Fund Board Meetings.
- Anti-Money Laundering Expertise: Act as the MLRO, ensuring compliance with AML requirements for our clients.
The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
- Regulatory Savvy: Demonstrated experience with UCITS and AIFMD regulations, and familiarity with Central Bank of Ireland interactions.
- Senior-Level Experience: Proven track record in senior Compliance roles, ideally within asset management or funds.
