Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing advice on technology and data privacy matters, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. 
• Supporting clients operating in the fintech space, addressing issues at the intersection of technology and financial services. 
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver solutions tailored to clients in the fintech sector. 

Key Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE. 
• Strong experience in Data Protection, Technology or Intellectual Property law. 
• Knowledge or experience with fintech matters would be advantageous. 
• Ambition and enthusiasm to grow within a leading commercial firm. 
• Adaptable, commercial, solutions focused.
