As Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to the M&A team. Though you should be comfortable working autonomously, you will collaborate with cross functional teams and help the company navigate legal challenges in a fast paced environment with minimal outsourcing to law firms.

The scope of legal work will be varied and includes drafting and negotiation of various legal documents, advising on structuring, partnership arrangements, and other transactional matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law and admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in both private practice and in-house.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of advising cross-functional teams on intricate legal issues and providing clear recommendations.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate, manage, and coordinate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and the business.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Exceptional organizational skills, adept at meeting multiple deadlines.
