This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with an audit background who is passionate about transitioning into corporate finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Assist in managing corporate finance transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
• Financial Analysis: Develop financial models, perform valuations, and support strategic decision-making.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients, helping to build strong relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Deal Structuring: Support the structuring of deals, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Research: Conduct industry and market research to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
