Our client is a growing energy firm based in Houston.  Due to their success they would like to add a mid-level corporate lawyer to their well established legal team with the following:

• 4-6  years of legal experience
• Experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house for a leading corporation specifically working on complex commercial transactions;
• Membership in a state bar, ideally Texas;
• An understanding of the laws, regulations and rules applicable to the energy sector or a related regulatory environment;
• Demonstrated ability to provide business-oriented legal advice and recommendations;
• General corporate law experience, including corporate governance, drafting of corporate resolutions, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, charters and bylaws.
