Our client, a leader in the high-growth innovation industry, are seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to join their Dublin team and play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and financial planning.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models in Excel to support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Leverage Power Query to streamline analysis and manage large datasets effectively.
• Ensure financial models are accurate, flexible, and aligned with best practices to support business needs.
• Support the monthly forecasting process, analysing results and identifying key variances against budget.
• Create clear and impactful presentations to communicate financial insights and strategic outcomes.
• Work closely with teams across the organisation to align financial assumptions and deliver data-driven recommendations.

The person:

• Skilled in building and managing comprehensive financial models using Excel and Power Query.
• Professionally qualified (CFA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced industries such as tech, consulting, investment banking, or analytics.
• Highly analytical and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic settings.
• Strong attention to detail and capable of producing clear, well-structured reports and presentations.
• Able to perform under pressure, managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
