The Role:

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in external audit preparation and liaise with auditors as necessary.
• Maintain strong internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against key metrics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting.

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Recent qualified from practice / 1 year PQE in industry
• Experience or strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
