The Opportunity:
To join a global legal team and fellow Mid-West based legal colleagues as a Lawyer advising and assisting on a range of high-value cross-border transactions. Also on offer:

- Act as legal advisor to the company regarding the execution and completion of transactions.
- Negotiate, draft, and review relevant cross-border acquisition, sale and related transaction documentation.
- Assist in identifying and resolving relevant legal risks eg. repossessions, restructuring, defaults and any relevant litigation.
- Assist and advise the global sales and transaction team.
- Assist the Company Secretary with general matters as required
- Assist with the review, preparation, and maintenance of relevant departmental policies and procedures ensuring they comply with group rules and requirements.
- Provide legal advice and support on relevant ad hoc projects as required.
- Qualified to practice law in Ireland or England
- Experience in the Aviation Leasing sector or from a commercial law Law Firm dealing with aircraft leasing
- Minimum 2 years PQE (May consider min. 1 year PQE DOE).
- Proven drafting, review and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills).
- Proven ability to successfully manage time and to successfully work to deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness.
