The Opportunity:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as legal advisor to the company regarding the execution and completion of transactions.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review relevant cross-border acquisition, sale and related transaction documentation.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving relevant legal risks eg. repossessions, restructuring, defaults and any relevant litigation.
  • Assist and advise the global sales and transaction team.
  • Assist the Company Secretary with general matters as required 
  • Assist with the review, preparation, and maintenance of relevant  departmental policies and procedures ensuring they comply with group rules and requirements. 
  • Provide legal advice and support on relevant ad hoc projects as required.  
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Qualified to practice law in Ireland or England
  • Experience in the Aviation Leasing sector or from a commercial law Law Firm dealing with aircraft leasing
  • Minimum 2 years PQE (May consider min. 1 year PQE DOE).
  • Proven drafting, review and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills).
  • Proven ability to successfully manage time and to successfully work to deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness.
