The Opportunity:

For a talented, adaptable lawyer to join an expanding Dublin-based In-House Legal team, reporting to the General Counsel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support on a range of legal issues across commercial, corporate, employment, litigation and dispute resolution, and IP. 
  • Liaise and work with key stakeholders and business functions (e.g. Marketing, Product and Regulatory Affairs) to provide robust legal advice, and ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, whilst supporting business objectives. 
  • Research relevant legal issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel as required. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation, contracts, and records. 
  • Assist with projects as required, delivering within relevant timeframes.
  • Ad hoc duties as required. 

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Solicitor. 2-5 years PQE
  • Training and experience in a large/medium sized firm advantageous.
  • Commercial or corporate experience mandatory.
  • Experience in the health care sector beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills- oral and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to successfully work cross-functionally. 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and successfully manage time.
  • Adaptable, positive, and solutions-focused.
