- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of projects across a range of specialist sectors including banking, corporate, property, regulation, commercial contracts, and litigation.
- Assist on devising and implementing innovative client solutions and alternative legal delivery models for high volume data review and data management requests, regulatory and compliance client requirements, due diligence projects, and the execution of transactions.
- Support due diligence projects and assist in the wider completion of high-profile transactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Qualified Solicitor - no set PQE range but a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Experience gained in a mid/top tier commercial firm is preferable.
- Relevant legal experience across data review and data management, or due diligence, or transactions or regulation across relevant sectors.
- Passionate about client service delivery and legal innovation.
- Excellent legal, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable, positive, solutions focused.
