Regulatory Reporting Manager

Are you a skilled finance professional seeking an exciting opportunity in the regulated financial services industry? A leading insurance provider is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Dublin-based Regulatory Reporting Team. This is a key leadership role, overseeing critical Solvency II financial reporting and regulatory submissions.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will manage quarterly and annual Solvency II reporting, collaborate closely with group functions, and lead a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Controller, Financial Reporting, you’ll ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellence in all regulatory deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of best-in-class regulatory reporting, including QRTs, NSTs, SFCR, and RSR reports for Irish and UK operations.
  • Manage NCID returns and present changes in quarterly regulatory results for committee sign-offs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—actuarial, investments, risk, reinsurance, claims, and underwriting—to ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive regulatory audit processes, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Lead efforts to adapt reporting processes in response to Solvency II or external regulatory changes.
  • Provide analysis and insights to boards and committees, ensuring robust decision-making.
  • Manage, mentor, and recruit a talented regulatory reporting team.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified professional with 5+ years of experience in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of Solvency II requirements.
  • Proven track record of delivering precise outputs in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with IT systems and implementing reporting efficiencies; familiarity with SAP reporting tools (e.g., Business Explorer) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
