Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Oversee client corporate transactions, including incorporation, liquidation, and migration, in compliance with local procedures.
- Review and approve legal and transaction documents in accordance with local policies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to manage the financial aspects of specific transactions.
- Organise and prepare client board meetings promptly and effectively.
- Participate in client Board of Directors meetings as needed.
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities within the client portfolio to drive revenue growth, including upselling opportunities.
- Partner with the management team to contribute to product development efforts.
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in law, tax, business, accounting, or similar professional studies.
- At least 6 years of experience in legal or financial services.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, especially in SPVs, aviation leasing and financing transactions, structured finance, and securitisation transactions.
