Join one of Ireland’s leading corporate advisory investment banking teams at the Senior Manager / Associate Director level. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the largest and most exciting transactions in the Irish market, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and private equity fundraisings. You will provide transaction execution support and play an active role in building a top-tier financial advisory in Ireland, with exposure to an international client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on high-profile M&A deals, IPOs, and other corporate transactions, supporting clients with execution and strategic insights
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients across Ireland and the UK, leveraging the firm’s extensive network and international reach
• Work collaboratively in a supportive environment alongside senior team members, contributing to a positive team culture
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping to foster a cohesive and high-performing team

The Person: 

• Financial or accountancy qualification (such as ACA, CFA, or MBA) preferred
• M&A experience on both buy-side and sell-side, especially with large corporates; investment banking experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills, high drive, and enthusiasm
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and apply skills effectively
• Willingness to support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
