They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance team in West Dublin.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and analyse financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing insights and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
• Perform variance analysis on financial statements, identifying key drivers.
• Identify and implement process improvements for the finance function.

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge of financial statements and analysis
• Proficient in accounting software and systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator of financial information
• Professional accountancy qualification
